Nothing much seems to happen on here.

Is it the commercialisation of the Perth music scene or a lack of promotion of this site?

In theory would be a great place to post gigs, get gigs, etc. but no one comes on.

Yeah, no one bothers posting here because Perth music sold out.

Yeah, this. And then it feeds itself. Regulars stop posting because not many people are posting.

And I don't think I've seen much promo for the site since it came back up.
And that is all I have to say about that.

Son, when you participate in sporting events, it's not whether you win or lose: it's how drunk you get.

Seems that all thats left are the Perthbands.com squatters and rednecks. Seems like when someone new makes a post its eary silence before they are eventually greeted with a "yaww not fram round dese parrrts" type response by a shadoey figure hiding in a corner..... :-)

haha. Its not dead, It just seems like way more people view it than comment these days. Or it that bots? If you comment, you must resign yourself to the likelihood of a trolling. There's been lulls before but never for this long.
At the least it seems to be always popular for folks looking to find drummers and bass players etc.
